I'm Steph - it's great to meet you!
When I began my dental career in North West WA, I noticed a gap in the delivery of quality dental care to people in rural and remote Western Australia.
I came across patients in desperate need of help and instantly knew I wanted to make it my goal to improve the quality and availability of this essential service to those living remotely.
Fast forward to now and I've just been nominated for a WA Rural Health Excellence Award, given to professionals who've dedicated their careers to caring for rural communities.
Of course, I couldn't have done any of with it without my superstar team at DNTL Code behind me, I'm forever grateful for their support and hard work.
From the very beginning, I’ve faced numerous challenges and obstacles, but I’ve never allowed them to define me. Instead, I’ve chosen to rise above adversity, overcome discrimination, and carve my own path towards success.
I’ve shown that with unwavering determination and an unwavering belief in myself, I can overcome any obstacle and achieve greatness, and I’m super excited to share more with you as time goes on.
As I continue to grow from strength to strength, I remind myself that the magic lies just beyond my comfort zone. I embrace the challenges, I embrace the unknown, and I let my resilience shine through.
For it is in these moments that I discover the true extent of my capabilities and create a life that is truly extraordinary.
Although I'm a country girl at heart, I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest business and industry developments.
I currently share my time between Perth, Melbourne and Broome, and enjoy regular overseas travel.
